Stic and Afya are a health and hip-hop power couple who have been together and inspiring others for over 23 years. This husband and wife team founded the holistic wellness brand RBG FIT CLUB. Afya holds a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, is certified in holistic health and is an author of two award-winning cookbooks, The Vegan Soulfood Guide to the Galaxy and The Vegan Remix. Stic (aka Stic.man of renowned rap group Dead Prez) is an award-winning hip-hop artist and producer, author, certified long distance running coach and creator of a new music genre dubbed “fit hop.” Stic is also the CEO of the first ever music label dedicated to Healthy Living – RBG FIT RECORDS. Together Stic & Afya are a down to earth, charismatic and inspiring tag team encouraging holistic healthy living in authentic, relatable and creative ways. The couple lives in Atlanta with their two sons, Itwela and Nkosua.
